From the moment I arrived at Hotel, I was treated to an extraordinary level of customer service that left a lasting impression. Despite my early morning arrival, well before the 12 PM check-in time, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. One remarkable individual, Manivannan, took it upon himself to ensure I had a place to rest while waiting for my room. His attentiveness and kindness were greatly appreciated, especially after a long flight and battling jet lag. To top it off, I was treated to a healthy and wholesome breakfast on the rooftop, which truly brightened my day and set the tone for my stay. The hotel's array of services didn't stop there. They also provided a convenient money changer service, which came in handy during my trip. Throughout my stay, I found every staff member to be courteous, friendly, and always willing to help with a smile. Their dedication to providing exceptional customer service was evident in every interaction. Overall, my experience at Hotel was nothing short of fantastic. The exemplary service and warm hospitality have ensured that I will choose this hotel again on my next visit to India. If you're looking for a place that feels like a home away from home, I wholeheartedly recommend this Hotel.

Breakfast is very good and 4 , 5 item., which personally I like. I had stayed in 7bstar, 5 star all big hotels. In complimentary breakfast so many items available, but we will take max 6 to 7 item. Ok. Good.

This is a service apartment divided into individual three bedrooms with a common hall and kitchen. There are six apartments containing 18 rooms in all. Accommodation was neat and clean. Surroundings were good. Parking facility was very good. Breakfast supplied was of good quality. Though restaurant is not available for dining the breakfast is served in terrace garden. Tea kettle facility is available in the room. The toilet facilities were clean with running hot water. Very much suitable for a couple stay at budget rates. The location and safety are superb. I will recommend this for visitors. Even families can stay by availing more than one room in one flat with common hall and kitachen.

The staff at this hotel are exceptional, they are so kind, courteous and helpful it makes it a pleasure to stay here. They have excellent local knowledge and were able to help with any special requests and travel arrangements. The rooms are spotlessly clean with excellent facilities. The food was delicious and it is a pleasure to have breakfast up on the roof. Five stars for this hotel I can’t fault it!

The staff was super polite, helpful and friendly always. They made the stay very home like and comfortable.
